Grading Things
When you alphabetize all of the midterms because the one on top of the pile looked hard to grade.

I do that too! But when I used to grade College Physics I would get so frustrated I would just throw them on the ground and shuffle them, then pick one at random. It killed frustration AND the hard ones! Two birds with one stone :D
